Shannon,

This was my first time making a Caesar Salad and your recipe turned out so well. Our guests loved it and asked for the recipe. I did have to use a little more milk since I made it ahead of time. Thanks for the recipe. Cliff

Shannon,

Wow, great recipe. This dressing was just perfect. Thank you so much for sharing with us. I just made it a few hours ago for dinner salad and the flavor was just in the right point. I will be making this again and again, trust me, no more buying Cesar Dressing in the supper market. Once again thanx... :D

To make it not as rich use Mayonnaise (good quality) and low fat natural yoghurt ratio 1:3. It's a bit more runny, but added with 2-3 anchovies finaly chopped you then also need no salt. Add this to a salad of baby spinach, avocado, mango, crispy roasted bacon cubes and shaved parmesan for the perfect Australian Xmas summer salad!

This was a really good recipe! Tasted excellent. Thought it was a little too thick, next time i'll use less Parmesan. Other than that, excellent!!!

This is an amazing salad dressing! SOOOO EASY!!!! We just love it. My picky 13 yr old couldn't get enough of it. We actually ran out of lettuce, so I'm headed to the grocery store now...Thanks

Taste too much like mayo and I added dry mustard and anchovies... Not my favorite recipe

As an 11 year old, I didn't like green things on the table. But when my mom puts this dressing on the salad, I come speeding to the table!

PS: Tastes good if you dont use as much Garlic

Has anyone substituted half-fat mayo in the recipe?

I use a recipe similar to this but use more garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tbsp. ground brown mustard to add a little more kick. Oh, and omit the salt. I get compliments and requests all the time for this recipe. My kids will eat salad every night if I put this on it. They LOVE it!

I'm so glad I came across this recipe. I really wanted some caesar with a chicken wrap I was going to make for dinner but we didn't have any. I only made about 1/8 the amount of the recipe because that's all the mayo I had. Thankfully it was just enough for my wrap, and it was tasty! I'll definitely make it again, and maybe I'll try it with a little more garlic.
