PORCUPINE BALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 c. tomato juice

Mix meatball mixture together. Form meatballs. Mix sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, covered and for 10 minutes uncovered.

I've been making bland porcupine meatballs all my life. Thank you for spicing them up. We loved the. 2 slight changes, used V8 juice as that was what I had, and used Dijon mustard as that is our favorite. Great meal, served on rice.
