ORANGE GLAZE FOR CARROTS 
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt

Melt butter, add orange juice. Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add to juice and butter. Cook until thick. Pour over canned or frozen carrots. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or 5 to 6 hours. Heat before serving.
