ORANGE-GLAZED CARROTS 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 lb. carrots, scraped and thinly sliced

(Microwave) Place butter in a 1 quart casserole. Microwave at high 50 seconds or melted. Add brown sugar and next 3 ingredients. Stir well. Add sliced carrots. Cover with lid and microwave at high 6-8 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to serve. Yield 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
