AUNT CINDY'S GLAZED CARROTS 
2 lbs carrots
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
squirt of fresh lemon or orange (tiny bit of zest - optional)
dash of salt

Peel and slice carrots into 1/3-inch slices. Boil carrots until slightly tender. Drain water and add all the remaining ingredients. Cook to desired texture.

YUMMY!

These carrots can be frozen for 3 months in an air-tight container.
