CASHEW NUT LOAF 
SAUTE:

2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. water
1 lg. onion, chopped

Put in mixing bowl.

ADD:

2 c. brown rice, cooked
2 c. soy milk
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. parsley, minced
2 tsp. onion powder
1 c. cashew pieces, ground
4 slices w. w. bread, cubed
2 tbsp. gosnasio or soy sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. sage (optional)

Mix well. Place in oiled casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
