1 sm. box of chocolate pudding (not instant)
2 c. milk
1 dark chocolate cake mix
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
Pam spray

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pudding and milk according to pudding directions and cook on stove until it comes to a boil. Combine hot pudding with dry cake mix. Stir until blended.

Spray 9 x 13 inch cake pan with pan (or grease lightly). Pour pudding/cake mixture into cake pan. Sprinkle walnuts on top of chocolate chips. Lightly press chocolate chips and walnuts into the cake batter so they are "anchored" in place. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve as is, no frosting.
