SALSA CRUDA 
3 lg. ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. onion, diced
3 serrano or Jalapeno chiles, diced
2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lime juice

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Sauce may be served with grilled chicken, fish or as a dip with tortilla chips. Sauce may be pureed in a blender.
