SALSA ROJA 
1 1/2 lb. tomatoes
1/2 onion, diced finely
4 or 5 stems cilantro, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
12 serrano peppers, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Add 12 chopped serrano peppers; mix well. Amount of peppers may vary depending on how spicy you like your salsa. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
