BLUE OWL RESTAURANTS CHICKEN
SALAD PIE
 
1 unbaked deep dish pie crust
3 c. cooked chicken
2 c. celery, sliced thin
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can sliced chestnuts

Combine all ingredients except the cheese. Place in pie crust.

Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes.

Serve with Tortellini soup.
