HOT CHICKEN SALAD PIE 
2 c. diced 1/2" chicken
1 1/2 c. diced 1/4" celery
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. finely crushed potato chips
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 9" baked pie shell

Combine chicken, celery, onion, salt, pepper, Accent, lemon juice, chopped pecans and mayonnaise in mixing bowl and mix lightly, but thoroughly. Place all of these ingredients into baked pie shell. Top with cheese then potato chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 5-6.
