CHICKEN SALAD PIE 
2 c. chicken, cooked & diced
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. carrot, grated

Combine first 7 ingredients with 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Toss well. Spoon into pie shell. Fold 1/4 cup mayonnaise into whipped cream. Spread over chicken mixture. Sprinkle grated carrots around edges. Chill
