CHICKEN PARTY PIE SALAD | |
1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and diced 1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 c. sour cream 2-3 tbsp. Longhorn cheese, grated 1 baked 8-inch cheese pastry crust 1/2 c. celery, diced 2/3 c. mayonnaise Combine chicken, pineapples, celery and nuts. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Add 2/3 of sour cream mixture to chicken mixture. Fill baked and cooled pastry crust. Top with remaining sour cream mixture and grated cheese. Chill. |
