2 eggs 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/4 c. Bisquick 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda Mix all together except the Bisquick. Add Bisquick at the end to get the batter consistency desired. | |

This is a very good recipe but I would leave most or all of the salt out next time. The biscuit mix has plenty in it to make it good. Also the batter was a little thin so I would probably add a little more biscuit mix next time.The pancakes were light and delicious! I will definitely make it again.
