WHOLE WHEAT BUTTERMILK PANCAKES 
1 egg
1 c. Gold Medal whole wheat flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Beat egg until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients, mix only until smooth. Makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes. Really good and healthy!

A simple and excellent recipe. I love the fact that this recipe does not call for any white flour. I turned my batch into blueberry pancakes. Yum!
