CHICKEN PARTY PIE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken (more if desired)
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (1 c. drained)
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 baked cheese pastry shell
3 tbsp. grated cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise, add 2/3 to chicken mixture and put into pastry, use remainder to pour over chicken. Garnish with cheese.

CHEESE PASTRY:

Add 1/3 cup grated sharp cheese to flour in plain pastry using 1 1/2 cups flour.
