JIFFY PARTY CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked coarsely chopped chicken
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Lettuce
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine chicken and water chestnuts and pecans. Combine mayonnaise and soy sauce; mix with chicken and serve chilled.
