QUICK CHICKEN POT PIE | |
1 (12 oz.) can premium chunk chicken breast (Swanson) 1 (10 oz.) bag mixed vegetables 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 cup Bisquick baking mix (or Jiffy all-purpose baking mix) 1 cup milk 1 egg dash of garlic powder, to taste dash of black pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 350°F. Open can of chunk chicken, drain. Place in baking pan prepared with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Open cream of chicken soup and mix in pan with the chunk chicken - mix well. Open bag of mixed vegetables and mix well into the chicken mix. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper to taste. In a separate bowl add Jiffy mix, egg and milk. Mix well. Pour over the chicken/vegetable mix and place in oven. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until bread topping is golden brown. Serve warm with a side salad to complete your meal. Enjoy!
