CRANBERRY RELISH OR SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
1 orange
1/2 orange rind
1 apple
1 or 2 handsful of pecans
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups sugar
2 small packages (3 oz.) red jello
2 cups boiling water

Dissolve jello in the boiling water. Set aside. Grind the first 5 ingredients together. In bowl, mix sugar, pineapple and first 5 ground ingredients together. Add jello to this, mix and chill until ready to serve.

Sugar free jello and sweetener can be used to make this diabetic.
