JANIE'S CRANBERRY RELISH-SALAD 
1/2 lb. raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Cook cranberries with small amount of water until cranberries are cooked. Add sugar and pineapple. Combine Jell-O and hot water until dissolved. Combine Jell-O with cranberry mixture. Add nuts and celery. Chill and serve.

Note: For diabetics, use sugar-free Jell-O and add sugar substitute to cranberries instead of regular sugar.
