CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
2 whole oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 sm. pkg. cherry or raspberry Jello

Dissolve Jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Grind cranberries in food processor on medium. Quarter and seed oranges and process on fine. Mix oranges, cranberries, pineapple and nuts. Pour Jello over mixture. Stir in sugar. Mixture will congeal somewhat, but will have the appearance of a relish.
