CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 med. orange
3/4 c. sugar

Slice unpeeled orange into eighths. Remove seeds. Place 1/2 of the cranberries and 1/2 of the orange in food processor or blender. Chop into small bits, but do not puree. Transfer to bowl. Repeat with remaining 1/2 of cranberries and orange. Stir in sugar. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Makes 2 1/2 cups relish.
