FOXY CRANBERRY RELISH OR SALAD 
1 lb. raw cranberries (grind, while still frozen)
2 boxes orange Jello
2 apples (med.)
2 sticks of celery (med.)
1 c. chopped walnuts (not too finely chopped)

Grind cranberries, apples and celery. Heat water to boiling, 2 cups only and put on both boxes of Jello. Stir to dissolve. Mix all of the ingredients with the Jello.

Stir and add sugar to taste. Let set refrigerated (2 or 3 days) of planning to serve. This gives the nuts time to permeate flavor. Stays good in the refrigerator for several days. Makes about 2 quarts.
