BARBECUED PIG FEET 
Season to taste. Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, or soul food seasoning, 2 bay leaves, and vinegar. Wash pig feet and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until meat almost falls off the bones. When done, drain off all water and cover with your favorite barbecue sauce or your own recipe for barbecue sauce and heat through. Delicious to pig feet lovers. I use Bulls Eye spicy hot!
