| EGG CUSTARD PIE | |

1 c. eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Nutmeg 1 9" deep dish pie shell Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie shell 5 minutes. Do not prick bottom of pie shell. Let cool. Beat eggs and milk together. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 325 degrees until done (about 25-30 minutes). | |
