BROCCOLI SUPREME 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked & liquid reserved
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In greased 2 quart casserole, layer 1/2 each as follows: broccoli, stuffing mix combined with butter, soup and onion rings; repeat layers. Pour 1/2 cup broccoli liquid over mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes; uncover and bake for 10 additional minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
