CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese, room temperature
4 tsp. milk
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. sifted confectioners sugar

Combine cheese and milk in mixing bowl. Beat on Fold-Blend until blended. Add salt, flavoring, and sugar. When blended in mix on Beat-Whip until fluffy, about 2 minutes, stopping to scrape bowl. Fills and frosts two 8 or 9 inch layers.

ORANGE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Use orange juice instead of milk. Use 1 tablespoon grated orange rind instead of vanilla.

PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Use crushed pineapple in place of milk, 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract instead of vanilla.
