PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 to 2 c. 10x sugar

Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

FROSTING: Beat cream cheese, vanilla, butter, and 10x sugar; then add chopped nuts. Frost cake while still warm.
