PINEAPPLE CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. coarse walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat above ingredients by hand and pour into 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. 10X confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
