HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag thawed hash browns
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can 2% milk (soup can)
Chopped green peppers and onions to taste
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix first six ingredients together and place in buttered 9x13 pan. Mix crushed corn flakes and melted butter together and place on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
