HAM AND HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 c. sour cream
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. green pepper
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. baked ham, diced
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. May be mixed ahead and refrigerated and baked when needed.
