HAM AND HASH BROWNS CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. hash browns, unthawed
1 bag frozen peas
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. cubed ham
Salt and pepper to taste

Make a cream sauce of 4 cups of milk and 6 tablespoons corn starch. Add all other ingredients. Top with 2 to 3 cups crushed corn flakes. Dribble with 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until bubbly and top is brown.
