FARM BOY 
1 1/2 lb. bulk country pork sausage
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 cup well drained chopped sauerkraut
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. butter
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 hamburger buns, buttered and toasted

In a skillet, sauté sauerkraut and caraway seeds in butter over low heat until hot, stirring frequently to prevent browning. Set on low heat to keep warm.

Season sausage meat with garlic powder, parsley, paprika and black pepper. Divide mixture into six patties.

Brown patties on both sides, draining off drippings. Cover sausage patties with Swiss cheese. Broil until cheese melts. Place two tablespoons sauerkraut mixture on bottom half of each bun. Cover with sausage.

Partially close each sandwich with top half of bun. Serve hot.

Makes 6 sandwiches.
