HILLSHIRE FARM DINNER 
2 lbs. Hillshire Farm or other brand smoked sausage cut into 4 inch lengths
1 tsp. butter
1 med. onion, cut into wedges
2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut
1 c. apple juice
2 med. apples, cored and cut into fourths
6 potatoes, cut in half
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. sugar

Brown sausage in butter in a 1 1/2 quart Dutch oven or large casserole. Arrange onion, kraut, apples and potatoes around sausage. Top with apple juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Cover tightly and put in oven.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until potatoes test done with a fork.
