“HANK'S HOTWINGS (BUFFALO WINGS)” IS IN:

HANK'S HOTWINGS (BUFFALO WINGS) 
1 pound chicken wings
cooking oil
flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup FRANK'S® Redhot sauce
3/4 cup ketchup

Preheat oil in fryer or pot to 375°F. Thaw chicken wings and batter with flour. Cook wings in oil for 7 minutes.

For the sauce, melt butter, Franks Redhot Sauce and Ketchup in a sauce pan.

Dip wings in sauce.

(I like to fry the wings and then keep them warm in the oven (at 200 degrees). When all the wings have been cooked, I then dip them in the sauce and serve.

This is the very same thing I do.. I put in about a good 2 cups of ketchup and 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter and the Frank's sauce then I microwave it or slow cook it on the stove.. So simple and yet so good! I got this recipe from a local family style restaurant in my area.. Folks just love it!
