“KENDALL'S BAKED BUFFALO WINGS” IS IN:

KENDALL'S BAKED BUFFALO WINGS 
1 lb. fresh chicken wings, cut into sections with tips removed
2 tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin or regular)
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 cup hot sauce (FRANK'S® Red Hot is best in my opinion)
salt and pepper, to taste

Coat wings in olive oil, and lightly salt and pepper. Bake on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

While the wings are cooking, melt butter in microwave and stir in hot sauce.

When the wings are done, put in a bowl with the buffalo sauce and toss until coated. Serve with bleu cheese or ranch and celery.
