“VAL'S BUFFALO WING DIP” IS IN:

VAL'S BUFFALO WING DIP 
Directions seem long but I tend to ramble. This is so simple and I guarantee you will LOVE it!

3 boneless chicken breasts
1 (12 oz.) bottle FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
2 (8 oz. ea.) bags shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) bottle Ranch dressing (HIDDEN VALLEY®)

Put chicken breasts in large pot with water and boil until chicken is completely cooked.

While chicken is boiling, mix hot sauce and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl, heat until cream cheese softens.

To the hot sauce/cream cheese, mix in two bags of shredded cheese, and Ranch dressing.

Note: Adjust Ranch to taste, a little more to lessen the intensity of the hot sauce or a little more hot sauce if you like things spicy!

Preheat oven to 350°F.

When chicken is done cooking, run under cold water to quickly cool it, once chicken cools, shred it.

Note: If you have a food processor I suggest using it, much easier on the hands.

Put dip mixture with shredded chicken into a casserole dish and bake at 350°F or until bubbly on top.

Serve with Tostito's scoops, French bread, celery sticks, or whatever you have a hankerin' for =) ENJOY!
