CURRIED FRUIT BAKE 
1 can 2 1/2 fruit for salad (not diced but larger)
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. pitted bing cherries
2 bananas, cut to bite-size
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. curry powder

Drain fruit. Mix curry, sugar, cornstarch and melted butter. Toss lightly into fruit. Bake 30-40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8 to 10.
