CURRIED FRUIT BAKE 
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. curry powder
1 (#1) can pear halves
1 (#1) can apricot halves
1 (#2) can pineapple chunks
Maraschino cherries

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Drain and dry fruits. Melt butter. Add sugar and curry (don't cook). Place fruit in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour butter mixture over top. Bake 1 hour. Serves 10-12. May be made the day before and reheated.
