QUICK AND EASY BROWNIES | |
Easy to make! No creaming! No mixing bowls! 1/3 cup butter 2 (1 oz. ea.) sq. unsweetened chocolate 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup self-rising flour 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I use walnuts) Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square pan. Melt butter and chocolate together in a 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat. Using the pan as your bowl, stir in sugar and vanilla. Then beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 16 squares. Submitted by: Jeannie |
