1/2 cup butter 2 squares (1oz each) unsweetened chocolate 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 3/4 cup sifted self-rising flour 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, Macadamia, etc.) Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Cut into 12 squares. |
