OK, This is not your Average Italian Family Pizza, But if you were to compare this dough/crust with ANY Frozen pizza on the market you have a winner here. It is so EASY to make, and to be honest, Has got to be the Best home made pizzas i have ever cooked, I have made pizzas with fluffy crusts but then they are soft and soggy in the middle.. Id rather the thin crust Matzo bread type of pizza this recipe gives me than to waste time and effort on a SOGGY Yeast pizza my oven cannot properly cook.

Great pizza base but for the best ever just add grated cheese and a little more water and its like the perfect bread as a pizza base, enjoy!

I tried this recipe it was okay for me...not great but not the worst I've tasted... I prefer softer dough and this dough came out like a frozen dough pizza. It was worth it to try but I will use something different next time. It me it really comes down to what each person likes for dough. :0)

This recipe has been in my arsenal for a few months now, and I love it! My boyfriend requests it pretty often. It's so easy, it's always good, and it's fun to play around with by adding different spices or garlic butter -- whatever your heart desires. Just make it thin; it really puffs up in the oven.

I love this recipe. Sure its not going to be gourmet pizza, but its cheap, takes 5 minutes and tastes pretty darn good! Especially if you brush some garlic butter on the dough.

Pretty good recipe for being yeast-free!

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading all of the reviews. I usually make my pizza dough in the breadmaker but I was out of yeast and didn't have time to wait for the dough to finish anyway.

I was pleasantly surprised! Used baking powder. I added a Tuscan blend of seasonings (instead of salt) to the dough and used a garlic-infused olive oil as the oil called for in the recipe (also brushed it onto the crust edges after baking the crust alone for 7 minutes). I also added some sugar on top of my sauce (would've been too bland without). I would probably use the recipe to make 2 thinner pizzas next time (crust was dense and didn't get crispy but it was not too bad, especially when dunked in sauce). The kids loved it although it was very filling (they usually eat 2-3 pieces of my yeast-based pizza but could only eat 1 piece of this). Thanks for this recipe!

Great easy recipe. I rolled it out medium-thin and it had a nice crisp bottom with a softer middle. Both teenagers were pleased and those were the critics that mattered.

This was the perfect project for three kids ranging in age from 7-11. They loved making their own dough and pizza. Minimal mess to clean up and tasty too. Thanks!

The recipe is really quick to do and dough is sooo soft! Amazing! Only thing I would change is to put less baking soda, cause it spoiled the taste.
