QUICK - AS - A - WINK FROSTING 
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Combine chocolate chips, butter and milk in saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate is just melted. Remove from heat; stir in confectioners' sugar. Beat with electric mixer until smooth and glossy and easy to spread. If not glossy, stir in a few drops of hot water. Great on white cake!!
