BEEF BURGERS HAWAIIAN 
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (13 1/2 oz.) drained pineapple tidbits
6 slices bacon

Mix garlic, oil, soy sauce, catsup, vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Mix thoroughly meat, salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Press 5/6 pineapple tidbits in each patty. Place patties in glass dish; pour oil mixture over patties. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove patties from marinade. Wrap bacon slice around each patty. Secure with toothpicks. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil at 550 degrees for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
