PORK CHOP AND HERB DRESSING
(MICROWAVE)
 
4 pork loin chops
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. water

Brush both sides of pork chop with Kitchen Bouquet or sprinkle with dry gravy mix to help brown. Mix seasoned bread cubes, butter, 1/4 cup water, egg and minced onion. Spread in bottom of 10" glass baking dish. Place pork chops on dressing, cover and cook 5 minutes. Combine soup and 1/3 cup water, turn and re-arrange pork chops, then add soup mixture. Cover and cook another 6 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
