PORK CHOPS WITH HERB GRAVY 
4-6 med. pork chops
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 can cream of celery soup

Brown chops quickly on both sides over high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, adding water, seasoning, salt, soup and parsley flakes. Reduce to low and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 4-6.
