MEXICAN MACARONI CASSEROLE | |
1 lb lean ground beef or turkey 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained) 1 box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese (prepared) 1 package of taco seasoning 1 can corn, drained 1/2 package HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dip (powder) 1 cup grated cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed. Brown ground meat and drain, add taco seasoning to ground meat. In a large bowl, add prepared macaroni and cheese, ground beef, Rotel tomatoes, corn and dip. Mix well, place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 45 minutes. Make 6 servings. Submitted by: Shelley Pate |
