GARLIC SHRIMP 
2 dozen lrg shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. French bread crumbs toasted (or substitute Panko)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Put in 11X7-inch dish, pour oil over. Combine parsley and next 3 ingredients. Sprinkle over shrimp. Cover.

Bake for 15 minutes at 300°F.

Turn shrimp over, drizzle with butter, lemon juice, bread crumbs and cheese.

Bake, uncovered, 5-10 minutes more.

Eat over Pasta, on slices of bread, or with your fingers!
