TACO MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 box macaroni and cheese dinner (Kraft)
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa (mild, medium or hot)
1/2 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I use Mexican "fiesta" blend)
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning
dairy sour cream, for topping

Brown hamburger and add taco seasoning as directed by package. Set aside.

Prepare one box of "Macaroni and Cheese" as directed.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking or casserole dish.

LAYERING:

 • First layer: prepared macaroni and cheese.
 • Second layer: 1 jar salsa (to your desire of hotness).
 • Third layer: taco meat.
 • Fourth layer: 1/2 can black beans.
 • Fifth layer: shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve topped with dairy sour cream and enjoy!
