BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER AND EGGS
POLONAISE
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower in cheese sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
1/4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. dried dill weed
Pepper to taste
6 hard boiled eggs (cut in quarters)
1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook vegetables according to package directions. Pour into greased 9 or 10-inch metal pie plate on broiler-proof pan. Sprinkle with dill weed, salt and pepper. Gently stir in eggs. Mix crumbs and butter together; sprinkle over top. Broil just until crumbs are golden brown. Makes 4 servings. 364 calories per serving.
